If you are unsure where an item may be located, just click the search button in the navigation bar, enter your item, and we will “go get a hold of it” for you!
When finished making your selection(s), checkout. It’s that simple! Most orders ship out the next 1-2 business days. In the rare case that your order can not be processed in that time, we will contact you immediately. In most instances, it will only take an extra day or two to ship your order. |

All orders being paid by check will be held until your check clears our account; usually 5-9 business days. Orders paid with money orders will ship upon receipt of payment.

This insures you receive that most-wanted item on the street date, and not a minute later! You can tell which items will be available in the future by the PRE-ORDER notation located below the picture/logo of that item. Just select the quantity you want and it will be guaranteed for you on the release date, at that price! We will charge your credit card when the item is ready to ship! It’s that simple. We make it very easy to figure out your shipping costs…
All orders will be shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Your order will be insured and can be tracked in most cases for your convenience. Please allow 3-9 days for delivery. We reserve the right to switch shipping methods if the price descrepancy from what you selected and the alternative are drastically different. Please note we can ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air only. Post Office Boxes and Military Bases can ONLY be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. | All orders are returnable within 7 days of receipt of order. Product must be in original packaging and UNOPENED. Damages will be replaced with the same item unless we can not provide you with a replacement. In that instance, a full credit will be issued to you. Mis-ships will be replaced at our expense.
All returns must include the authorization number provided to you by customer service. Customers are responsible for all related freight charges for returns except in the case of damaged product or mis-shipped items. Credits will be issued once we receive the product.
